Update 02.09.2017: I am aware the recent changes to YouTube broke the functionality of NextVid Stopper. I am working to fix it, but with job and other responsibilities I cannot focus solely on this at the moment. The update will be pushed out hopefully some time this month, but I cannot make promises. Nextvid Stopper for YouTube™ is a lightweight extension that stops playlists from automatically going to the next video by toggling the autoplay button to 'off' every time you visit a playlist.
You can quickly disable Nextvid Stopper for YouTube™ by clicking on the icon in the address bar. If you want it to continue stopping autoplay, just click the icon again to enable it.
This extension won't stop autoplay for embedded YouTube™ playlists on other websites.
