INSTALLATION PERMISSIONS: When installing Xmarks for Chrome, the extension will ask for several different permissions. Each of the permission items is required for an optional sync feature; bookmarks for bookmark sync, "browsing history" for open tab sync, and "website data" for password sync. Any of these features can be disabled in the Xmarks settings if you'd prefer to keep that information local. For details on exactly how we use each permission, check out the installation notes here: http://wiki.foxmarks.com/wiki/XmarksForChrome#Installation_notes
